SHIPPING & RETURNS
SHIPPING POLICY
We currently ship within Singapore only. We process all orders within 2–3 working days, and once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info so you can follow its journey to your doorstep. All local orders are delivered via tracked doorstep delivery, and you can expect your goodies to arrive within 3–4 working days. Please note that shipping may take longer during peak periods such as sales or new product launches—thanks for bearing with us while we hustle to get your order out.
A flat shipping fee of SGD $5 applies to all orders. Enjoy free shipping on orders over SGD $200.
If you’ve placed multiple orders around the same time, we may, at our discretion, combine them into a single shipment to save on packaging and reduce waste.
Kindly double-check your shipping details at checkout to avoid delays—Into The Swing will not be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We get it—sometimes things don’t quite match your vibe. If something’s off with your order, don’t sweat it. You’ve got 7 days from the time your order lands at your doorstep to request a return or exchange.
To get started, just email us at contact@into-the-swing.com with your order number. (We don’t accept return/exchange requests via DM—gotta keep things tidy and avoid miscommunication.) Give us 2–5 working days to get back to you.
Here’s how it works:
● Items must be returned in their original packaging.
→ Paddles should include the foam sleeve and shrink-wrapped handle.
→ Tees should be in the plastic packaging.
● Items must be in their original condition—unused, unworn, unwashed, and free from any marks, stains, or odors.
● Sale items are final and not eligible for return or exchange.
The good news?
We offer free return pickups within Singapore. Just drop us an email at contact@into-the-swing.com to arrange it, and we’ll take care of the rest.
Refunds:
If your return meets our policy, we’ll refund you for the item (shipping fees not included). Refunds will be made to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for it to show up in your account.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or style? We’ll send your replacement during the return pickup—easy.
Defective or Incorrect Items:
Every item gets a round of quality checks before it leaves our hands. If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, email us at contact@into-the-swing.com within 7 business days of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We’ll sort it out.
What’s Not Considered a Defect:
For paddles
● Marks, dents, or scratches from gameplay—this means no scratches on the paddle face or edge guard, and no stains or wear on the grips.
● Items intentionally damaged to qualify for a return.
For tees
● Slight sizing variations (0.5”–1.5”)
● Minor print bleeds or inconsistencies from our silkscreen process
● Loose threads—our tees are individually sewn; a snip or two will do the trick
● Damage from wear, washing, or ironing
● Tees that have been washed, worn, or handled
One last thing:
All returns and exchanges depend on item availability. If we’re out of stock, we’ll issue a full refund for the product.
